Jones & Naudin is currently owned and run by Linda Arnold, who became company President and CEO in 1996; she is the third generation of Arnold’s to do so.
Linda started working under her Grandfather at the young age of 15, where she acquired a deep desire to know and understand every aspect of the business. In addition to her knowledge gathered through the ‘family’ business, Linda also has extensive experience in many other aspects of the leather industry; from leather manufacturing through to garment manufacturing. This gives her a unique understanding of her customers needs and knowledge to reach creative solutions when needed.
Joining her in daily operations, and continuing the family tradition is her son, Scott Goodbread. He has been working for the company for just over 10 years, and holds the positions of Vice-President and Production Manager.
Family values and a deep knowledge of leather manufacturing accumulated through the previous generations, coupled with the fresh ideas of the next generation, promises to carry Jones & Naudin Leather Corporation forward into a bright future.
